Cherry will be back to London for Rushes Soho Shorts. There will be screenings at the ICA and Soho Film Lab at the end of July. Also Cherry will travel to Seoul international youth film festival in Seoul, Korea, Albacete International Film Festival in Spain and Busan International Kids' Film Festival in Busan, Korea
The winner of the 36th Seattle International Film Festival has been announced. Cherry on the Cake was awarded the SIFF 2010 Special Jury Mention in short animation. The jury was very impressed with the animation, and the achievement of the film in family animation.

Cherry will go to New York again! As Cherry on the Cake will be screened at the 360 | 365 George Eastman House Film Festival in New York City, USA, also at the Animayo 2010 Cine de Animación in Sapin and Film Festival Zlín 2010 in Czech Republic
Royal Television Society Awards - Student Television Awards 2010 has announced that Cherry on the Cake is one of the 3 finalists in the POSTGRADUATE ANIMATION section.
Cherry continues to travel to Filmfest Dresden International Short Film Festival in Germany, Giffoni Film Festival in Italy, International Short Film Festival Oberhausen in Germany, Indielisboa International Independent Film Festival in Portugal, Seattle International Film Festival in Seattle, USA and CMS International Children’s Film Festival in India.

Autumn 2009
2 more awards for Cherry this autumn!! Cherry on the Cake has won the Gold Plaque for Best Student Short Film from the Chicago International Film Festival. The citation reads that the film wins “for its striking story line, moving metaphors, and indelible imagery.” and Nahemi/Kodak Prize For Creative Filmmaking from Encounters International Short Film Festival in Bristol.

Cherry on the Cake will travel to Chicago again for the Chicago International Children’s Film Festival from the 22rd of October to the 1st of November !!
Cherry on the Cake has got into both the 53rd London BFI International Film Festival(14th-29th October) and the 45th Chicago International Film Festival(8-21st October)!!
Cherry on the Cake travels to Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo in Brazil. The film is in the shorts for children - competitive section at the Anima Mundi 2009 international animation festival of Brazil.
The 12th Shanghai International Film Festival Student Shorts Award was announced on 21 June 2009 in Shanghai Wanda International Cinema. Cherry On the Cake received Best Animation award!!
